Women don’t insert garlic in your private part it is harmful Doctor warns
City gynecologist has warned women against putting garlic in their vagina as they risk high yeast infection.
Dr John Ongech a gynaecologist at Kenyatta National Hospital says that garlic contains bacteria which is very dangerous for birth canal.
The gyna observed that women should restraint from inserting foreign materials into their private part as it can alter the PH of the vagina.

“The area is very sensitive and if one uses any type of chemicals, it alters the pH. Garlic contains bacteria which is very dangerous for the birth canal. When one has the symptoms, the only alternative is to see a doctor, there are antifungal drugs specifically for yeast infection,” Dr Ong’ech said.
Dr. Ong’ech warned that garlic which is a farm produce contains bacteria from the soil on it which is poisonous.
According to scientists bacteria are not harmful, but they can produce one of the highest poisonous toxins when deprived of oxygen.
