Ukraine plane A Boeing 737 plane with over 180 passengers crashed on Wednesday morning.

According to reports, the Ukraine International Airlines flight PS752 was hit by two missiles after taking off from Tehran that led to the death of all the 176 passengers on board.
A final report by the Civil Aviation Organisation of Iran on why the plane was shot states that an operator “misidentified” the plane as hostile and fired the missiles without authorization from a commander.

However, the Ukrainian government has disputed the claim terming it biased and deceptive. Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has said the report does not reveal the root causes of the tragedy or the chain of actions that led to it.
“The document does not present all the circumstances, does not reveal the root causes of the tragedy or the chain of actions that led to it. This is not a report, it is a collection of manipulations, the goal of which is not to establish the truth, but to whitewash the Islamic Republic of Iran,” he said.
