Two religious group clash in Kiamaiko

Two religious groups clashed on Friday evening in Kiamaiko Nairobi, over who should conduct prayers in the area.

Troubled started when one of the group reached out to the police to stop their rival from conducting prayers at night.

According to Daily Nation police confiscated loud speakers from the group something that erupted chaos in the area.

The second group got furious and started throwing stones to police and the other group for what they termed as unfair targeting.

The stand still that lasted for hours left a couple of people injured while business people were most affected as they remained closed.
