A section of the affected parents faulted the administration for sending their children home. They argued that tattoos don’t relate with academics and it will not affect the children performance.
While other parents said that as a country we are yet to embrace the tattoo culture and children should operate under the school regulations.
“There is no relationship between tattoos and the performance of the students as they do not affect their brains,” said one of the parents.
“It is an idea that has not been embraced by our society and as such, the students must conduct themselves in line with existing regulations and norms,” said one parent.
