Police reveal the identity of the woman behind state house fake tenders
The identity of the woman behind fake tenders at the state house has been revealed by the police.
Joy Wangari Kamau alias Ms Muhoho has been identified by the police as the woman who has been masquerading as the head of procurement at State House.
A detective from the DCI who spoke to Sunday Nation said that Joy is the mastermind of the team that has been conning people with a false promise of giving them tenders.

“She (Joy Kamau) is the lady we have been looking for. She is suspected to be the mastermind and engineer of the whole scam,” said the source.
The suspect has been charged in court for allegedly defrauding Makueni businessman Stephen Ngei KSh180 million last year through a fake computer tender.
A victim of Ms Kamau fake tender who spoke to Daily Nation revealed he was conned Sh116 million. Mr Charles Gathii, who was conned Sh116 million narrates that Ms Kamau lured him into the deal after promising to award him a tender to supply laptops to official President residence.
The con lady who is still on the run has several fraud cases that are pending in court. It is believed that she heads a well connected defrauding team. Ms Kamau on several occasion has been seen hanging around highly ranked government officials.

Last week police arrested seven individuals for defrauding a Nairobi businessman Ksh 10 million. They were charged in court for impersonating President Kenyatta and later released on bond.
