Red-hot Michael Olunga ended the J2 league in a unique fashion by banging seven goals in the final league game for his Japanese club Kashiwa Reysol as they recorded 13-1 victory over Kyoto Sanga.

His team sealed promotion back to J1 top flight league. Olunga grabbed 7 goals on his own while Brazilian forward Cristiano Da Silva scored a hat-trick, Matheus Savio scored two and Yusuke Segawa scored the other goal.

The goals left Olunga ending the season with a total of 27, coming second in the league’s top scorers chat. His team ended the J2 league as champions with 84 points, 5 more than second placed.
