Homabay County Women Representative Gladys Wanga has refuted James Orengos plan to impeach Deputy President William Ruto.
Siaya senator James Orengo on weekend revealed that he has plans to impeach DP Ruto over graft allegations.
Ms. Wanga speaking on Citizen TV she said that its not ODM’s plan to impeach Ruto but Orengo’s individual move.

She also revealed that ODM National Executive Council have not discussed anything about impeaching the Deputy President.

“I sit in ODM’s NEC and we have not discussed about impeaching the Deputy President, Senator Orengo can proceed with his act as an individual.” Said Wanga.
This is not the first time the leader of minority in the senator is being involved in Ruto’s impeachment. Former Jubilee chairperson had earlier on revealed that he will contact Orengo on how to block Ruto 2022 presidential bid.
