Senator Kipchumba Murkomen has gotten mad with ODM for the expulsion of MPs Aisha Jumwa and Suleiman Dori following the meeting by the party’s NEC.
According to Murkomen, ODM is blowing hot and cold as their own party leader Raila Odinga was first to cross the bridge through the handshake by embracing President Kenyatta of Jubilee Party. As such, he feels that the 2 MPs should not be punished for embracing Deputy President William Ruto.

In a tweet, he concurred to the controversial Lawyer Miguna Miguna who stated that Jumwa and Dori had not supported any other party but instead it is Raila who had supported Jubilee Party openly.

Senator Murkomen further said that ODM Party doesn’t belong to Hon Rail Odinga but to the people. According to him, Jumwa and Dori did not go to Uhuru Park to swear themselves-in.

Murkomen said that the reason ODM is behaving this way is to scare members who are ready to depart from the party.

He says that ODM should embrace the handshake fully and not frustrate its members for supporting other candidates.
