Nakuru Town East MP, Hon David Gikari, has accused the DCI of unlawfully posting his pictures online after his arrest.
He has taken to court accusing the DCI of not following court orders that had barred DCI from posting the photos of the accused.
The MP had been accused on charges of defrauding and illegally acquiring pieces of land.

“The accused is still innocent unless proven guilty. It is not upon the DCI to judge the accused and circulate his photographs taken on the day he was arrested,” Gikaria’s lawyer Lawrence Karanja told the court.

“Submit the photographs claimed to have been circulated on social media plus other evidence,” Chief Magistrate Josephat Kalo directed the MP.
