Man wants DNA on Prof. Saitoti’s son and wife in paternity case

A man has moved to court seeking for a DNA test for Zachary Saitoti, claiming he is his biological father.

Sebastian Maina Ngunju, has filed a case at the Milimani law courts against the late Prof George Saitoti’s wife, Margaret Saitoti and her foster son Zachary Saitoti.

The man claiming to be the biological father of Zachary Saitoti, Professor George Saitoti’s son, is back in court.

In the suit Mr. Maina wants the court to declare that he is the biological father of Stephen Wachira alias Zachary Musengi.

“This case is the only remaining legal avenue available to me to access my son after the previous legal and out of court process attempts to settle the matter was thwarted by Margaret’s interference calculated at denying him and his family access to justice,” he said.
