Keriako Tobiko interdicts rogue KFS officers
Cabinet Secretary Ministry of Environment & Forestry Keriako Tobiko has interdicted three senior officials at Kenya Forest Service for assaulting journalists on Friday at Naro Moru Forest Station .
Tobiko has moved with speed to take disciplinary action against his official. Through the official KFC tweeter account Tobiko instructed stun warning against the involved official.

“The Ag. CCF has effected instructions from the Cabinet Secretary Ministry of Environment & Forestry to interdict staff reported to have participated in man -handling Members of the Press earlier today at Naro Moru Forest Station.” Posted KFS.
The interdicted staff include the Head of Conservancy Central Highlands, the Ecosystem Conservator Nyeri, the Forester -in-charge Narumoru and Forest Rangers involved in the incident. The affected officers will keep off the office as investigations are carried on.
The said officers were recorded on video for roughing up journalists who were covering an event at the station.
