Kariobangi Sharks books a date with Everton FC
Kariobangi Sharks have today sealed a deal to play against English Premier League side Everton FC after winning Sportpesa Super Cup.
Sharks were crowned SportsPesa Super Cup third edition champions after edging out Bandari 1-0 at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Harrison Mwendwa superb strike was all that Kariobangi Sharks needed to ensure that the team plays with Everton.
Mwendwa who was also crowned man of the match who dribbled Abuya past Bandari defender Felly Mulumba before shooting the ball past Bandari custodian Farouk Shikhalo.

The dockers could have taken the lead on 26th minute when Yema Mwama had a rare one on one chance with the goalkeeper but he was unlucky as he failed to convert the ball into the net.
Kariobangi Sharks and Bandari FC got into the competition as guests in a tournament that was meant for sportpesa sponsored team.
Sharks walked away with $30,000, which will be a boost to the team that is performing exemplary in the Kenya Premier League where they seat at position five.
