International Association of Athletics(IAAF) has suspended World Half Marathon record holder Kenya’s Abraham Kiptum for failing dope test.
IIAF made the decision after having found that Kiptum’s Athletes Blood Passport (ABP) was contaminated.

Kiptum won the Valencia Half Marathon setting world record of 58:18 breaking the eight years record.
The suspension now disqualifies the athlete from the London Marathon set for Sunday.
The athlete is accused of using a Prohibited Substance/Method contrary to Article 2.2 of ABP case.
