Ababu Namwamba, DP Ruto and Western leaders

Ababu narrated to the audience in the clip how DP Ruto walked into his Law firm office in person and the outcome of their talk was him joining politics.

“We believe because some of us have worked with him for a very long time and I have worked with this man for 16 years. He is the one who witnessed my debut into politics and he did not look for me anywhere else but he walked into my office,”

“I was not even 30. I was a very young man, practicing my law and he walked into my office. He talked to me and my political journey started,” recalled Namwamba.

He also took a jab to politicians accusing other leaders of corruption without evidence saying its out of hard work.

“You know, if you are a child of a poor man and you get wealth, people claim you have stolen. Some look at my home in Budalangi and think that I stole all that wealth. So why have other politicians like Sonko (Mike Mbuvi, Nairobi Governor) been arrested and I have not?” posed the official.
