Nominated MP David Ole Sankok former driver was on Friday charged for sending threatening messages to his former boss.
Raphael Papaya Torome a former driver to the MP was charged by Milimani Court Chief Magistrate Martha Mutuku for sending threatening messages to the nominated lawmaker.

Papaya denied the charges and was released on a cash bail of Ksh.80,000 with an alternative bond of Ksh.100,000




Sankok through his lawyer George Wajakoya opposed the bill saying that the suspect is a threat to the law maker and his family.
It is alleged that Sankok dismissed the driver without following the due procedure, that led Papaya to sending him threatening messages.
