Manchester City humble Schalke in seventh heaven scoreline

It was a walk in the park for English Premier League (EPL) champions Manchester City as they comfortably put 7-0 past bundesliga side, Schalke to pull a 10-2 aggregate scoreline.

Schalke keeper Ralf Fahrmann was chipped, nutmegged and humiliated in a jaw-dropping seven-minute spell in the first half and was hopelessly exposed out there.

The goals were scored in close succession that could scare of any goalkeeper: Agüero (35′ minutes pen, 38′ minutes), Sané (42′ minutes), Sterling (56′ minutes), Bernardo Silva (71′ minutes), Foden (78′ minutes), Gabriel Jesus (84′ minutes).

The draw for the last eight will take place on Friday at 11:00 GMT (2:00pm Kenyan time).
