Bomet Governor Dr. Joyce Laboso admitted in London
Bomet Governor, Dr. Joyce Laboso took a 1 month sick leave to seek medication. She is admitted in a hospital in London.
Deputy Governor Hillary Barchok was left in charge of the county operations.
Word has it that Barchok is being assisted by the County Secretary Evalyn Rono and Chief of Staff Jayne Sigilai.
Opposition Leader Raila Odinga together with Kenya’s High Commissioner to the U.K Manoah Esipisu visited Dr. Joyce Laboso at the hospital and wished her a quick recovery.
On the other hand, Kenyans on Twitter (KOT) have asked several questions as to why leaders in Kenya, and Africa in general, go to public hospitals in Europer for medication and fail to utilize our own hospitals which they are responsible of building and funding.
