Bandari FC to have next pre-season in Europe

Kenya Premier League (KPL) side Bandari FC are set to have  2019-2020 preseason in Europe if they finish on top of the league. 

The dockers have been assured of seven days training season in Europe only if they win the KPL title this season. 

Speaking during a lunch session with players,Kenya Ports Authority Managing Director Daniel Manduku made the revelation to players.

“I’m very proud of these boys. We are at the top of the table right now and I can’t be more than happy. I already told them that,if they give us the title this season, we’ll arrange a seven-day trip to Europe to train either in Germany or England,” said Manduku.

The MD also noted that the players need to be encouraged in order to maintain their good Form they have had this season. 

“We want to encourage them even more because they have done really well so far this season. We are poised to win the league and because we believe we can deliver it we are going to give them our support. I urge them to stay focused,” Manduku added.

The Bernard Mwalala coached team sits on the top of the 18 teams premier league table. Last year they finished second after Gor Mahia won the title. Bandari FC also managed to get to the finals of Sportpesa Cup that was played in Tanzania but they were unlucky as they lost to Kariobangi Sharks.
