AFC Leopards appoints Rwandese Coach

Former Kenya Premier League champions AFC leopards have appointed Rwandese coach Casa Mbongo as the new head coach.

In a statement from the club Mbongo joins the den on a one and half year deal.

“We have a new coach. AFC Leopards has appointed Rwandese Andre Casa Mbungo as our new coach on a one and a half year deal,” read part of the statement.

Andre is set to replace the Serbian Marko Vasiljevic who parted company with the club on Monday after AFC Leopards lost their premier league match to Bandari.

The experienced Mbungo has won two Peace Cup in Rwanda. He is the immediate coach of Kiyovu FC that finished in the third place of 2017/2018 Rwandan league.

According to reports Mbungo has already reported at the AFC Leopards training camp. He will expected to change the fortunes at the struggling Ingwee.
