A family to bury their loved one after 5 years
A family in Machakos will now bury their loved one after a court ruling.
The body of the late Beatrice Syokau Kathmandua has been lying at the morgue for five years after the court temporarily stopped her burial.

It was alleged that the late Kathmandua was poisoned, a mystery that the court tried to resolve.
On Monday Chief Magistrate Heston Nyaga ruled that from the doctors report Kathmandua died a natural death.
“They concurred on the findings of her death. The evidence of yet another doctor confirmed that Syokau was a long time patient. Nobody can be held responsible for her death,” Mr Nyaga said.
The ruling gives the family a go a head to bury their relatives after years of waiting.
